Reference is made to the announcement published on 24 August 2026. Axactor ASA ("Axactor") has successfully completed a tap issue of EUR 75 million in its senior unsecured bonds due 22 August 2030 (ticker: ACR06).
The net proceeds will be applied towards refinancing of existing debt, including the outstanding NOK ACR04 bond due 7 September 2027 and for general corporate purposes.
Arctic Securities, DNB Carnegie and Nordea acted as Joint Lead Managers in connection with the transaction.
The bonds will settle 2 September 2026 and an application will be made for the bonds to be listed on Oslo Børs.
