Camilla Lau Winge

Camilla Lau Winge started as Operations Director in Axactor in 2020. Previous working experience is from the insurance industry and NAV. Camilla’s previous employer is If Skadeforsikring, where she worked for more than 12 years. In If Camilla had different positions in the range from product development, legal assistant and the last eight years in different leader positions within the Private Claims Organization. Camilla has run development projects with focus on an efficient operations organization. As a leader Camilla’s main focus has been building the right culture, engaged employees and delivers great customer experiences that creates loyalty.
