I am Department Manager Collection Support. I am responsible to build and develop our teams Costumer Service and Backoffice, coaching my employees and ensuring that we achieve our targets.
Describe an ordinary day at work!
An ordinary day at work is that I come to the office quite early, read through my emails, go through yesterday's results and analyze them. What can we do better/different? We have start-up meetings together every day around 8:30, where we plan the day/week and follow up our results. After the meeting, I am available for the team, and I enjoy sitting next to my employees and listen when they talk to our debtors, give them support, answer questions, but above all, I learn a lot myself. It is so much fun!
