Qred väljer att utöka sitt samarbete med Axactor
Axactor har det senaste året levererat inkassotjänster till Qred avseende företagsfordringar och har nu fått utökat förtroende för deras nya satsning, kreditkort. Avtalet är ett kvitto på att Axactor har en konkurrenskraftig och modern lösning på den svenska marknaden som i kombination med branschens bästa team maximerar återvinning och säkerställer hög kvalité i samtliga processer.

Vad är NPS?
NPS står för Net Promoter Score och är en erkänd metod för att mäta lojalitet och nöjdhet bland kund. Svarsskalan som sträcker sig från 0-10 är indelad i 0-6 som signalerar att man är missnöjd med varumärket, 7-8 är passivt och där ett svar mellan 9-10 innebär att man är varumärkesambassadörer.
Den övergripande resultatskalan sträcker sig från -100 till +100 där alla resultat över noll anses vara bra med lojala kunder. Resultat över +50 anses vara utmärkt och +70 vara världsklass.
