The territorial scope of the professional liability insurance policy is the whole of Germany, the whole of Europe in connection with advice on and dealings with European law and before European courts, and also worldwide in the amount of the minimum sum insured required by law for liability claims in the event that claims are brought against the policyholder before non-European courts.
