Camilla has developed solid experience in the Legal & Compliance sector, dealing with contracts, regulatory compliance, M&A, and corporate law.

She has managed complex projects for companies, including listed and supervised companies, implementing Models 231/2001 and management systems compliant with international standards, participating in audits, as well as supporting and/or taking part as a member of supervisory bodies.

Her skills range from contract review to policy and procedure definition and supervision of compliance and risk management processes.
