To this end, the organization maintains an ongoing dialogue with clients, employees, partners, suppliers, institutions, supervisory bodies, and the communities it serves, in order to identify their expectations, needs, and relevant requirements.
Integrated Policy
Operating in the debt collection sector, Axactor Italy places the utmost importance on information security. Specifically, it establishes measures to protect the data for which it is responsible—and, consequently, the premises where such data is processed—through access controls and careful risk assessment. Furthermore, it implements a secure development policy and an Integrated Management System designed to ensure comprehensive security for the company, its personnel (in all capacities), and the surrounding environment. Axactor Italy’s Integrated Management System outlines a set of organizational, technical, and procedural measures to guarantee compliance with fundamental security requirements, such as:
- Confidentiality: information restricted to those with appropriate privileges;
- Integrity: information modifiable solely by those with the requisite rights;
- Availability: information accessible and usable when required by processes and by users holding the relevant privileges.
All personnel are required to adhere to company policies and are responsible for their implementation.
Company policies are subject to periodic review aimed at improving the measures adopted.
