10. USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE
Within the framework of some of the services described in this Privacy Policy, AXACTOR uses Artificial Intelligence technologies as a support tool in certain personal data processing activities. The purposes and legal bases for such processing are those already set out in this Policy. The use of Artificial Intelligence constitutes exclusively a technical means aimed at improving the efficiency of AXACTOR’s internal processes, without altering the nature or scope of the processing carried out.
AXACTOR may use Artificial Intelligence systems as support tools in certain personal data processing activities linked to its operational management activities, interaction and communication with data subjects, debt recovery, internal analysis, personnel selection, regulatory compliance, and process improvement. In particular, these systems may be used to classify incoming communications, extract information from documents, assist in managing interactions with debtors, generate draft content or documentation, carry out regulatory analyses, or facilitate internal selection and document review processes.
Such processing is based on data provided by the data subjects themselves, data derived from the relationship maintained with AXACTOR or its clients, information contained in communications, documents, or files, as well as objective criteria, previously defined parameters, and controls documented by AXACTOR. Unless expressly stated otherwise, the use of these tools does not involve the adoption of decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal effects concerning the data subject or similarly significantly affect them, within the meaning of Article 22 GDPR. Artificial Intelligence tools are used as support instruments for AXACTOR professionals, who supervise, interpret, and validate the results before they may lead to actions having an impact on the data subject.
Where the data subject interacts directly with an Artificial Intelligence system, such as conversational assistants, voice agents, or other automated channels, they will be expressly informed of this at the start of the interaction. In any event, they may request human intervention or review where applicable. The user may also request additional information about the logic applied in such processing, as well as the degree of human intervention involved, by sending a request to derechosarco@axactor.com.
11. SECURITY MEASURES
Finally, we are pleased to inform you that we will treat your data at all times with absolute confidentiality and will observe the corresponding duty of secrecy regarding such data, in accordance with applicable regulations, adopting the necessary technical and organizational measures to guarantee the security of your data and prevent its alteration, loss, unauthorized processing, or access, taking into account the state of technology, the nature of the stored data, and the risks to which they are exposed, and in particular ensuring a level of security appropriate to the relevant processing.
