Experience

Mr. Arnø has 20 years of experience across management consulting and leadership roles in listed and privately held companies. He has extensive experience in corporate strategy and execution, sales and business development, M&A transactions, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration and cost improvement programs. Before joining Axactor, he held executive leadership positions in First Mover Group and Realia. He also served as Head of Strategy & Growth in Data Respons (now part of Akkodis Group) and VP Business Development in Aker Solutions. Earlier in his career, he was a partner at Cardo Partners and an analyst at Handelsbanken Capital Markets.

Mr. Arnø holds a “Siviløkonom” degree in Economics and Business Administration from BI Norwegian Business School.
