Silvio Bertuccio has almost twenty years of experience in debt management and collection on secured and unsecured NPL portfolios.

In his previous roles, he developed his professional growth to the point of holding positions as Head of Operations Departments, overseeing the organization and development of all sectors within them, from Amicable to Legal and Loan Management.

Strongly results-oriented and focused on the strategy that drives him, he believes that the development and training of work groups is a key factor in achieving operational goals.
