Axactor ASA ("Axactor") has mandated Arctic Securities, DNB Carnegie and Nordea to arrange a series of fixed income investor meetings commencing Monday, 2 June 2025.
A senior unsecured bond issue with expected size of EUR 100 million and a 4-year tenor may follow, subject to inter alia market conditions. The net proceeds will be applied towards refinancing of existing debt.
In connection with the potential new bond issue, Axactor will offer a conditional buyback of its outstanding senior unsecured bond with maturity in September 2026 (ticker: ACR03) (ISIN NO0011093718).
