Ørjan Svanevik

Member of the Investment Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Ørjan Svanevik has broad operational experience as former CEO of Arendals Fossekompani, director and COO in Seatankers Management, Head of M&A Aker ASA, Chief Operating Officer Kværner ASA, Head of Business Development Aker Solutions ASA and Strategy director at Arkwright. In 2008 he established OAVIK Capital AS. Current directorships outside the Group are as board member in NorgesGruppen ASA, NorgesGruppen Finans Holding AS, Western Bulk and Paratus Energy Services. Since 4 March 2024 he has also acted as interim Chief Executive Officer of Western Bulk Chartering AS.

Previous directorships last five years outside the Group are as chair of Volue ASA, Enrx AS, Archer Ltd, North Atlantic Drilling og Kleven Verft.

Mr. Svanevik holds a «Siviløkonom» degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (BI), MBA from Thunderbird, and AMP from Harvard.
