Ørjan Svanevik

Member of the Investment Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Ørjan Svanevik is a Investment Director of Seatankers Management Norway AS. He has broad operational experience as former CEO of Arendals Fossekompani, director and COO in Seatankers Management, Head of M&A Aker ASA, Chief Operating Officer Kværner ASA, Head of Business Development Aker Solutions ASA and Strategy director at Arkwright. Current directorships outside the Group are as board member in Frontline plc, NorgesGruppen ASA and NorgesGruppen Finans Holding AS and Chair at Mowi ASA.

Previous directorships last five years outside the Group includes Western Bulk, Paratus Energy Services, Sea 1 Offshore, Volue ASA, Enrx AS, and Tekna Holding.

Mr. Svanevik holds a «Siviløkonom» degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (BI), MBA from Thunderbird, and AMP from Harvard.
