Ørjan Svanevik

Member of the Investment Committee and Member of the Remuneration Committee.

Mr. Ørjan Svanevik has broad operational experience as former CEO of Arendals Fossekompani, CIO and COO in Seatankers Management, Head of M&A in Aker ASA, Chief Operating Officer Kværner ASA, Head of Business Development Aker Solutions ASA and Strategy director at Arkwright. Current directorships outside the Group are as board member in NorgesGruppen ASA and NorgesGruppen Finans Holding AS.

Previous directorships last five years outside the Group includes Western Bulk, Paratus Energy Services, Sea 1 Offshore, Volue ASA, Enrx AS, Tekna Holding, Frontline plc, and Mowi ASA.

Mr. Svanevik holds a «Siviløkonom» degree in Economics and Business Administration from the Norwegian School of Economics (BI), MBA from Thunderbird, and AMP from Harvard.
