If you have received a communication from us, it means that you have probably not paid a debt exposure to a credit institution or a company, which has transferred your debt to us.

You can register on My Axactor portal and view all the information relating to your debt and payments.

What do I need to access My Axactor?

To access your personal account on My Axactor, you must provide your Group Code, which was communicated to you via text message, email or by phone, and your first registration password received immediately after your identification.

What should I do to pay off my debt?

You can view the remaining amount of your debt through your My Axactor account. You can make online payments to pay the remaining amount or any amount you want.

How can I make the payment?

You can make payments on My Axactor using your credit / debit card or PayPal. You can also decide to pay via the Quick Pay feature, without logging into My Axactor.

Registered users can choose what to pay and how many deposits to make.

Can I change the deadlines of my installment plan?

Of course, but for any changes to this effect please contact us at 0171 65694.

I have an active installment plan, can I pay the total amount due?

Certainly. Log into My Axactor to view your position and pay the full amount independently.

I have already paid, what should I do now?

Ask to be contacted by filling out the form on our website, or log in to My Axactor and, through your account, attach the documents demonstrating the payment made for the appropriate checks.

Can I change my personal data?

You can add a new phone number, or a new e-mail address or residential address through My Axactor. To change the rest of the data, please do not hesitate to contact us at 800-661662.

I try to access the portal, but it reports an anomaly.

The first registration password expiration period is 60 days. Your reference data may be out of date or invalid. Please contact us at 800-661662 to resolve the issue together.

Is my data protected?

The data is protected, the only valid access system is the password sent to your email address or your mobile number.
