Axactor ASA: Mandatory Notification of Trade by Primary Insider

Johnny Tsolis, CEO in Axactor ASA, has today acquired 60,000 shares in the Company at an average price of 4.20 per share. After this transaction Johnny Tsolis controls 1,770,000 shares in the Company directly or indirectly through a company under his control.
