What role do you have at Axactor and what does that role entail?

I am the department manager for our invoice follow-up department. My role involves, among other things, ensuring that we run the department in a good way and according to to the company set values ​​and goals. The role also includes personnel responsibilities, where you as a manager are responsible for following up the employees in a good way and ensuring that they have the required competence.

Describe an ordinary day at work!

An ordinary day consists of making sure that the department works towards its goals, both operational and financial.

Employees in the department must be followed up in a good way, so it is important for me to be available and engaged in the work we perform at the department. In Axactor, we have a high focus on collaboration within and across the departments, as department head you will therefore have to attend relevant meetings for your department. In addition, you will be a decision maker and an initiator on various small and large projects.

A typical day at work for a department head is very varied, but the purpose is the same. Ensure that the employees in the department are taken care of, that the department works towards the set goals according to set routines and financial management.
