By logging in to My Axactor, you get a full overview of your debt case. You can create or request a payment plan, find answers of frequently asked questions and pay all or part of your claim. If you have several cases with us, you will get a comprehensive overview here. You easily log in using BankID or the username and password that is in the letter you have received from us. Payments are made safely and securely with Neonomics, vipps or BankAxess.

If you have questions about letters you have received from us or your debt case, you can log in to My Axactor and find all your information here. Our payment solutions
We have made it easy for you to pay so you can get rid of your debt. You can use our simplest payment method QuickPay! where you can pay quick and easy without logging in. If you want full information about your case, create a payment plan or you have several cases with us, you can log in to My Axactor.
You can always pay for your case without logging in. Remember to enter the correct case number or KID number so that the payment covers the correct claim. You can choose to pay all or part of the amount by changing the amount of the payment. The payment reference for payment can be found in the letter you have received from us.
Payment via your online bank
You can always pay via your online bank. Remember to provide the correct payment information and KID number so that the payment is registered correctly with us. You will find this information in the letter you have received from us.
Do you want to pay from abroad?
When paying from abroad without a Norwegian account, you can use our IBAN account number. Enter the KID number in the comment field.

Do you not have the opportunity to pay the full amount?
If you don´t have the opportunity to pay the entire claim now, you must contact us so that we can help you with a payment plan. You can log in to My Axactor or contact us by email or telephone. We´re looking forward to help you!
