Konstanze Eichhorn

Konstanze Eichhorn has been Operations Director at Axactor Germany since February 1, 2026. In this role, she is responsible for all operational activities and is a member of the German Management Board.

She began her professional career in the legal field and then moved into debt collection. She has held management positions since 2014, gaining extensive experience in leading operational units. Thanks to her many years of experience, she has particular expertise in legal collection, the 3PC business, and NPLs, bringing crucial specialist knowledge to the table.

With her in-depth experience in debt collection, her strong leadership skills, and her deep understanding of operational processes, she contributes significantly to the further development and performance of the company.
