Oliver Steer

Oliver Steer has been Finance Director at Axactor Germany GmbH and a member of the German Management Board since January 1, 2026. In this role, he is responsible for the company's entire finance department.

He has more than 20 years of experience in finance and controlling. From 2005 to 2010, he worked in management controlling at the Ministry of Defense. Since 2010, he has held various commercial management positions in medium-sized companies.

In addition, Oliver brings extensive leadership experience from his 15 years of service as an officer in the German Armed Forces to his role. His expertise and leadership skills make a significant contribution to the successful management of the company.
